I am a Creative Consultant whose focus is on working across borders & barriers

I have worked in the arts sector for over 30 years supporting artists and arts organisations to develop and strengthen their opportunities and growth. As a creative consultant I draw upon my wide-ranging knowledge of contemporary arts practices and networks to provide specialist advice, as well as participating directly in project design, implementation, research and evaluation. I bring a wealth of experience and expertise working with international cultural agencies and I am adept at working on transnational partnerships and programmes. I am able to activate a wide network of contacts, both in institutional and grassroots organisations across Europe, Latin America and Africa.

I also work regularly for a range of UK higher education creative institutions, such as the Royal College of Art, University of the Arts London, Glasgow School of Art and Royal Northern College of Music by advocating on their behalf and highlighting the contributions they make to the economy as well as the UK’s cultural prosperity and social wellbeing.

Having worked with
Kenneth Uphopho, one of Nigeria’s most acclaimed theatre directors and playwrights for years and I am beyond excited to have had a small hand in being able to present the award-winning production of Esther’s Revenge to London audiences. Esther’s Revenge is based on a true story which occurred in 1950s Nigeria, and delves into themes of colonisation and societal injustices. This immersive, ground-breaking theatre production showcases the best of current Nigerian theatre and will perform on the 18th July at 2pm and 7.30pm. Thanks to Impact Dance Global for opening their venue to start hosting visiting international artists and to provide a much needed central London stage for contemporary African artists. .
